The crux of it:

Caught Covid in January, gave it to Mia because she refused to not be there for him costing her a spot in the Rumble.

Came back for the match against Riddle in February, next day got a call saying something was off in his blood. Caused inflamation of his heart. Wasn't allowed to train or any activity outside of a light walk.

Basically what most people were saying, caught covid then had complications following it...​

Really feel bad for Keith and Mia. Covid sucks ass and hopefully they heal up from it soon. Good folks and their careers shouldn't be ruined over this.

Tbf, these questions got asked (and rightfully so) since his Main Roster debut on the RAW show after last year's Summerslam. He was in action until January and he wasn't really booked that well.

Let's just hope they don't drop the ball with him now that he seems to be back fully.
