Katsuyori Shibata is hoping to get medically cleared to return to the ring again. Shibata had a career ending injury when he did that headbutt to Kazuchika Okada in Sakura Genesis 2017.

Shibata shouldn't return. As much as I love the guy, I don't want to see him get fucked up again.

Shibata was involved in a beat-down with KENTA at Power Struggle. "When Shibata did his first angle, everyone was told to be very careful with him and stay away from his head. KENTA did stay away from his head but was very stiff with him." It doesn't look like there will be a Shibata vs. KENTA match because Shibata is still not medically cleared to wrestle. Doesn't look like Shibata will be returning to the ring anytime soon.
