Tony Khan Says He Is Interested In Katsuhiko Nakajima, Has Heard Nakajima Is Interested In AEW​

Tony Khan comments on Katsuhiko Nakajima being a free agent.
In September, Katsuhiko Nakajima announced he would be leaving Pro Wrestling NOAH with his final dates being on October 20 and October 28.


Nakajima decided to not renew his contract with the promotion.
Asked if there was any interest in Nakajima during the AEW WrestleDream press conference, Tony Khan confirmed he would be interested in Nakajima joining him.

"I am interested and I heard he's interested too, that could be good. Nakajima is very talented, I think that would be great. He'd be a great fit here. I've heard he's interested in coming and we'd be interested in having him. Something to consider," said Tony.
Nakajima has competed for NOAH since 2005. He is a two-time GHC Heavyweight Champion, a former GHC National Champion, a three-time GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion, a six-time GHC Tag Team Champion.

Big hit to NOAH, but he would be better in AEW though him v Shinsuke would be a great match. The only thing I do worry about is that the fact when this man hits you, he hits, if you know what I mean think Suzuki, and so I feel like people will complain and he will have to change his style, which I am not a fan of him doing so.

Eddie v Nakajima would be great as well such Eddie would be facing the adoptive son of Kensuke Saski and Akira Hokuto, the woman who created the Northern Light Bomb and is the best Joshi if not one of the best joshis ever.

Also, Nakajima and Shibata had a match in 2016 during the G1, I think, and it was brutal but beautiful
