Great sig.

I would have reduced the opacity with the swirls you've got around her.

Text is actually good for once. YAY FOR TEXT.

9/10

Don't wanna hate because I myself can't make shit in photoshop but here's a few points I noticed straight away.

The swirl just stands out too much and takes away from Upton herself which looks to be a very jagged cut and the text also doesn't fit aswell.

Not your best by a long shot. All you've done is took a render, slapped it on a background which you've just put some splatter brushes on, and pentooled round the render, which doesn't fit or look good at all. Try adding an outer glow to the render and not using so much of the pen tool, also the text looks odd and out of place. Sorry but 4/10

Unfortunately have to agree with Dale and Prod, sorry Doink!
The background is okay. It's effective but somewhat bland. The problem is that there is no flow at all unfortunately. The outer glow that Prod suggested would definitely help. The swirled effect around Upton just doesn't work. I like the font choice for 'Kate Upton' but 'Doink' is unreadable. The 'Upton' text would work better with some sort of stroke.
Sorry Doink but not your best. 5/10.

The main problem with a lot of your recent work is that the renders just look lazily pasted on and they don't flow with anything else in the image, its akward. You should start taking your time playing with filters, using lots and lots of layers and slapping a few blended gradient maps over the top of it all.

Start using the Apply Image function more, that's the key to most of my work.
