Nobody expected a shitty match, did we? We all knew the match would be good, we were just fearing the outcome.

I expected a great match, especially after their awesome bout at WM 27. If HHH won, I'd be way too busy marking to complain, and the hate on HHH would be awesome. :haha:

I expected shit, so was pleasantly surprised when they did more than roll around for teh psychological battle.

Yeah, no one really thought it would be bad, or at least that I was my impression. The most surprising thing was that the buildup was actually quite good.

Sort of this. As for match quality I never doubted it, because the year before the quality was decent. But we were all fearing HHH going over Taker because of his ridiculously sized ego.

This. I expected a repeat of the year before with HHH looking stronger again, hinting at a Undertaker retirement. But HHH losing completely cleanly and then staying down for ages was a pleasant surprise.
