Featherweights Josh Grispi and George Roop have verbally agreed to face off on the finale card for the 13th season of “The Ultimate Fighter.â€￾ The card is scheduled for June 4 at The Pearl at The Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

The Boston Herald initially reported the rumored fight, and now several other media sources have release similar details.

Grispi was set to challenge Jose Aldo for the UFC featherweight championship at UFC 125. However, the champion pulled out of the fight, and Grispi instead dropped a decision to Dustin Poirier.

Prior to that defeat, Grispi had not lost since 2006. “The Flukeâ€￾ made his WEC debut against Mark Hominick at WEC 32 and scored a first-round submission. He also owns WEC victories over Micah Miller, L.C. Davis and former UFC champion Jens Pulver.

Roop has yet to put together back-to-back wins since making his UFC debut in 2008. The featherweight moved up to the lightweight division to compete on the eighth season of the reality show and then went 1-2 at the weight in the UFC.

He then dropped all the way down to bantamweight for his WEC debut, but dropped a division to former champion Eddie Wineland. Since moving back up to featherweight, Roop has looked impressive. He controversially drew with Leonard Garcia and knocked out top prospect Chan Sung Jung. In his last fight, his teammate, Hominick knocked him out of the first round.

The location for this finale card has not been officially announced by the promotion. Also expected on the card is a lightweight showdown between WEC champion Anthony Pettis and Clay Guida.
