Last week Bloody Elbow reported that Barnett had not yet received his license, and Ms. Stanford stated that Barnett's application was incomplete at that time. It appears now that the Texas Department of Licensing has overcome any concerns they may have had, and The Babyfaced Assassin is free to compete on the card. Barnett (29-5) hasn't fought since July of last year, where he defeated Geronimo dos Santos by TKO in Australia.
