I like it, but I don't love it.
I really like the theme you went for, and for the most part, you executed well. My only tiny critiques are that the flames on the chains are a bit cartoonish, and that the render (specifically his face in this particular render) is just off putting. I know these are ridiculous but just pointing out some minor faults haha.

Pretty good and what the others said above. I don't like how the chains don't link though in a lot of places and are just floating in air. It looks odd but this still looks nice.
