He states that WWE is "family" and he will never retire.

I would guess that if this is the case, he will likely continue to be a part timer for another 10 years and then transition into a manager position or maybe end up behind the scenes. I think he may have investments in the company as well. Or, maybe he is a cyborg and will wrestle forever.

What are your thoughts on this?

pretty sure he has stake in the company much like JBL and he'll stick around forever, maybe not in a wrestling capacity but definitely around. Don't think he will be as involved as JBL or some of the other legends tho. Mostly because he wants to be in the movies/showbiz more than be behind the scenes with WWE.

He'll probably do this Triple H/Undertaker type deal where he only shows up for Mania or other PPV events if a feud's good enough. Or maybe not, who knows

This is basically the same thing Ric Flair did, with WWF/E/WCW/TNA. Flair never really retired.
