My advice, that you need to slow down. You are making too many signatures in short period of time. This wont lead you to much improvement. Try give more time to practice more before showing us your work.

I agree with WS here. You have made two banners that look all most identical besides the PSD. The style is ok, but you need to make something in each one that is unique to that banner. Not swap out the PSDs. The bg is still a little to plain. And the text, well, it doenst really flow with the banner and its not the right color...

4.5/10...show us something new to you. Keep it up man.
