"John Cena is taking time off from WWE to film a reality television fitness project with FOX. But, make no mistake about it, this is no passion project.

If Cena’s latest venture becomes a hit, is he doomed to leave WWE and go the way of The Rock?"

Now my thoughts on this is that it is a possibly. He is older so he is naturally going to begin to weigh his options. I think he will begin to take more and more "time off" and eventually become like the Rock where he makes a yearly appearance just to jump ratings but I can't see this happening for at least another 3 years.

No. Cena lives, breaths and bleeds WWE. Even when his ring run is done he'll be involved in some form.

Cena recently released a statement and in it he said he'd 'never leave' WWE. So, no.

Cena won't be leaving for good but you can guarantee this is the beginning of him turning into a part time performer. In a few years he'll only be around for the Wrestlemanias and the Summerslam, mark my words.

Cena's not going part time yet. Maybe when he's 40. Seems like a lifer to me, but who knows. The product is shit, maybe that's getting to John. The fire could burn out.

I certainly wouldn't want to invest the rest of my life in a company that is producing crap.

Cena is a lifer, unless he has a fallen out with WWE, which is always possible... He'll do movies here and there but he's not going anywhere.

I think you guys are over estimating Cena's loyalty. You really think a man going into his 40s wants to wrestle full time when he could easily ease his way into a part time contract for just as much money? On top of making even more money in hollywood? I guarantee Cena will be part time in 2 years when he hits 40.

I really doubt Cena will leave WWE anytime soon.
