Anyone else notice some off lumps and shapes on Mahal this week? Mainly his biceps and triceps area?

Looks to me like his jacked appearance lately could be atleast some in part to Synthol injections.

The major backne pretty much confirms the other part is roids. A man his age won't normally have it without roids

My father who is in his 60's has back acne. For some people it is hereditary. You can't assume that is down to roids at all.
I do feel like he has had cosmetic work done however. It is no secret that both the men and women do this to look better in the ring.

Lol did he have crazy acne before? I don't think so. He comes back, huge, ripped, and looks amazing, but now has acne all over himself. One of the biggest signs of steroid abuse is acne all over shoulders, down arms, etc. and most people at his age don't have acne like that. It's not very common.

Does WWE make an exception with steroids and the wellness policy if you have doc prescribed ones? I think they do. That would explain this.

You know there is such a thing called "bodybuilding acne" right? This can effects men and women of any age.

What I saw when watching the replay of Tuesday's Smackdown was a golf ball sized lump on the back of his right arm. It looked very unnatural and is a dead giveaway of Synthol injection.

I saw it multiple times when he flexed a certain way.

As far as I am concerned, given what they do, steroid use is much more forgivable than Synthol use.

Lol yeah and how often does that shit happen. Almost never. More often than not, majority of the time, it's roids. Very common with roids. Look at jinder in 2016 and then in 2017... he has a crazy amount of acne and is huge and ripped. That's because of "bodybuilding?" Get the fuck out. lol. I've done bodybuilding and powe lifting and 9 times of 10 when you see improvements like jinder has and the acne it's roids. It becomes common sense.
