A featherweight contest between young prospects Jim Hettes (10-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) and Steven Siler (20-9 MMA, 2-0 UFC) has been added to June's UFC on FX 4 event.

UFC officials today announced that both fighters have agreed to the matchup and bout agreements are expected to be finalized shortly.

UFC on FX 4 takes place June 22 in Atlantic City, N.J., likely at the new Revel Atlantic City resort, with a Clay Guida vs. Gray Maynard headliner.

The night's main card airs on FX, and FUEL TV is expected to carry the prelims. It's not clear where Hettes vs. Siler will end up on the lineup.

Hettes made his octagon debut this past August, taking a late replacement fight with Alex Caceres. Hettes earned a second-round submission win in the matchup and then followed up the result with a December win over Nam Phan.

Just 24 years old, Hettes is undefeated through the first 10 fights of his career.

Meanwhile, "Super" Siler has also earned back-to-back victories in the UFC, scoring decision wins over Cole Miller and Josh Clopton. Just 25 years old, the experienced Siler is now 15-2 in his past 17 fights.

Great match up.

Hettes looked incredible against Phan, who is no bum himself.

Could be the breakout star in the next couple of yrs.

Yeah he's looked great in his first two UFC fights, and Siler has been around for a while now so this would be a pretty big win for Hettes if he can pull it off which I'll think he'll be able to do it.
