The coloring is great. You probably should had used different renders for the left and center. The one on the left seems a bit out of place. The main render just isn't one that should be used to a main because of the facial expression, it really does nothing for the GFX. I'm also not too fond of the text, it just seems a bit plain.

the size of the banner is bad.
the bkg is bad
the blending was not so good.
and yes, that psd is a one set submitted like a day or so ago.
the text is not so clear due to the color similarity with bkg. try make the text stand abit more.
