I dont like how Jeff is the same colour as the bg, and you just have the glow that seperates him. Plus you can barely see the pics in the bg.

Words of Advice:
-stay away from the default outer glow effect. tbh, i'd stay away from the out glow most the time anyway.
-the bevel on the font is way to much, keep text simple
-i have ot really look hard to find a pic in the background, working on fading pics in
-imo, way to much red. with coloring the pic of jeff, it leaves no real focal point
