With his history and everything, I don’t know. Feels like to me he kinda got off lightly with his time served. Rest of it seems good. Hopefully he stays out of trouble.

Time Served and only 38 days feels light. I also don't see probation.

He’s got 2 years probation.
Damn skimmed right over it somehow derp. Feel like 5 would probably be more appropriate as it's not his first offense.

He's gone to rehab for this incident already hasn't he?

I just hope he never gets behind the wheel again after this. rehab maybe will stick but who knows. End of the day, hope he continues to get help and stays on a program and stays off the road for life.

10 years license suspension pretty much guarantees if he fucks up again he'll get a way harsher sentence bc his lawyer was arguing a bunch of technicalities about the breathalyzer and what not, but you can't do that if you're not allowed to drive and you're caught driving. Agreed it's light compared to what normal folk would get, harsher than anything he's gotten so far thoigh and hopefully that wakes him up. At this point I doubt it tho

I'm assuming the two year interlock device part is after the 10 year license suspension too? Otherwise what the fuck is the point when he's not supposed to be driving the next two years anyway

Also his plea is a fucking joke, he essentially doesn't admit to doing or not doing it, but agrees to accept punishment. Literally no accountability "technically" even if everyone knows

10 year license suspension won’t stop him from driving; especially if a wrestling company starts booking him again.

I know it’s dark, but it’s only a matter of time before Jeff Hardy does this again.

yeah those no contest pleas are just for rich people to pay big fines without admitting guilt, and ig legally admitting guilt prob is some sort of automatic sentence. system is fucked for us poors and insanely lenient for the rich

You can have your license suspended with privalages. IE I need to drive for work ok you can drive. I lost my license for speeding for a year but the hours I worked made it so that I could only not drive from 3am to 6am and it was between 3 set locations. but basically everything I'd need would be between those places just had to have a coworker say I was leaving or headed to work.

In Short I bet it's not a full 10 year suspension.

Yeah that's true, I had a coworker that had one of those interlock devices on his car for the same reasons, he was only technically allowed to drive to and from work

Honestly at this point it should have been harsher. Hopefully he stays clean or at least stops endangering people's lives but honestly he is going to kill someone like Sunny did at this rate.
