the Jeff Hardy one has too much black on the left side of the graphic, and if you notice his hair should be natural to the image its one of the hardest effects to do but if you can get it to fit it will work well, if you mess up cutting hair you'll end up starting over or you'll regret finishing it with what it looks like..
The Booker T one is just poorly blended hes black and purple and pink background with white squares does not fit him very well... and hes a little too blurred..

You've certainly improved a great deal but are still lacking on some parts.. work on the same things over and over again to make yourself perfect. The Jeff Hardy poster looks somewhat better than most of your work and I'm impressed with that.
