What exactly is their relationship? Are they in a relationship? Are they just friends? What?

She's just the manager of Storm and a female wrestler, although I don't understand why he's with her anyway. Usually managers are for people with poor mic skills but I think Storm's mic skills are good, or at least beter than Jackie Moore. He should lose her since she's of no use.
