Jake Roberts to be in next year's Royal Rumble?

- Despite Diamond Dallas Page and Jake Roberts campaigning for Roberts to be a 2014 Royal Rumble entrant, word from WWE is that they are not even considering it right now and probably won’t consider it until early January. If anything happens, it would probably be a last minute deal.

I don't see the point. Most of the old timers who return in the Rumble get dead reactions anyway. Roberts would almost assuredly suffer that same fate.

That's only old timers who are frequently in WWE. Guys like Godfather & Nash, got pretty good reactions in the rumble. I'm sure Jake the Snake would get a good reaction if he were to show up one more time.

I see it more of it being an issue of whether or not he can do it. I know he's on DDP's workout program, but I'd be skeptical of whether or not he has it in him to wrestle. Last time I saw Jake the Snake he was out of shape like it was nobody's business.
