A match against Necro Butcher. They set up for two chairs and apparently the spot was "slightly botched" resulting in Jack's eye injury.

He now has 17 screws and 5 plates of titanium scatter in the right side of his face.

Damn, that eye looks so badly injured. I don't even wanna know what happened with those two chairs and I hate to think how his eye looked when it first happened (if it puffed out straight away, some things like that puff out over a day or two).

I watched Necro Butcher wrestle Danielson in Dayton. I was trying to tell my friend how good Danielson is considered to be. Lets just say watching him wrestler Necro Butcher was a waste of time. Jack Evans was there that night, too. Put on a great show. This is really unfortunate.
