You need to learn the art of the backstory. A good backstory will hook readers, just posting a roster doesn't do it. Give a reason to want to read the matches.

Just put in things like who the owner is, how it started, maybe even a history. If you spend the time to that not only will it interest the readers, it will even help you with storylines and really think about using the right wrestlers.

Backstory:

Johnathan Coachmen wanted to get back to wrestling. He knew that a few superstars from the WWE roster was fired, so he took those superstars and started a new show called International Wrestling Society. He hired a few superstars that wanted to quit the WWE.
