Okay, so rolled a virtual 4 sided die (not nerdy enough to own one) and Flair who scored the bye gets slotted into the 4th tier matchup.

So it's still fairly straight forward, just pick one of the three in the last tier.

Kurt Angle
Chris Jericho

Randy Savage
HBK

The Rock
Steve Austin

Curt Hennig
The Undertaker
Ric Flair

-Yeah, yeah, I know. This is personal fanboy-ism right here.

Randy Savage
HBK

-Really wanted to vote Savage but HBK is just too good to be touched, y'know?

The Rock
Steve Austin

-Hardest one of the bunch.

Curt Hennig
The Undertaker
Ric Flair

-Easiest one of the bunch.

I have to admit, personal bias came into play here

Randy Savage
HBK
A really tough choice, both are great workers, and both you could make an agrument for, but HBK's work rate at a older age gave him the edge here.

The Rock
Steve Austin
Kind of easy for me, was never a huge Rocky fan and Austin is my all time favorite wrestler lol

Curt Hennig
The Undertaker
Ric Flair
Really tough choice, it just came down to who I personally have seen the most of. I love Flair and Hennig and all, but I haven't seen enough of Hennig and prime Flair to swing the vote there way.

Rock was great and all but i think the reason he's so popular and well known is because hes been in so many movies, not for his wrestling. (Not hating or saying hes not good just my opinion)

The reason Rock has been in so many movies was because he was so popular as a wrestler and as it turned out he was so popular that he didn't need wrestling anymore.

Kurt Angle
Chris Jericho No bias involved at all, Jericho has just had a better career and so much more diversity and longevity.

Randy Savage
HBK I will lose faith if he and Flair aren't in the finals.

The Rock
Steve Austin Rocky was probably a notch better on the mic, but Austin could flat out work. He was a technical master before he blew his knees out and became the best brawler this side of Stan Hansen in the last twenty years.

Curt Hennig - doesn't even belong here
The Undertaker
Ric Flair - The most influential in the tourney. More accolades, the second largest draw during the 80's boom. Last true world champ. Again, I will lose faith if he doesn't make the finals with HBK.

I guess but hes still no Austin, if you think about RAW, Austin was in so many more memorable feuds with McMahon and others, and did so many classic things. Not belittling the Rock because he was a big part as well but you didn't see him spraying Vinnie Mac with a beer house or attacking him after jumping off of a Zamboni.

Take the catchphrases and the eyebrow away from the Rock and he is just another guy... Just sayin'.

Take away the beer, middle fingers, bad language and hating on your boss and...ohwait, Austin is basically every single American with that gimmick.

The Rock >>> Austin

You do have a point there. Really, if you take a few small characteristics of any major name in pro wrestling history (Austin, Rock, Hogan, Sting, Flair etc.) and they are nothing special. It's the gimmicks that make most people memorable, I am not afraid to admit that as a kid it was the gimmick of guys like Austin and Sting that made me such a huge fan of them.
