The Wikipedia also says he's the real owner and chairman of WWE. But why the fuck is he gets his ass kicked by other wrestlers like Stone Cold, ROCK, DX, Under Taker, Kane....?

How old are you? Not being condescending but generally wondering if you know wrestling is a pre-determined show just like any other television show. Vince McMahon is the real life owner of the company and had it written and approved that he would play the Mr. McMahon character that would be involved (sometimes physically speaking) in storylines with some of the other wrestlers.

I'm assuming you're wondering why if he's the owner, he would allow anyone but himself to win?

Probably becuase he's a smart buisness man and knows no one would believe him beating any of those guys you mentioned

This has to be a troll, surely?

If not: Vince is the actual owner. Wrestling is scripted. Vince agreed to 'get his ass kissed' because it makes good TV and plays into storylines.

And Besides this, it's not exactly like he has alot to gain by beating most of the wrestlers, people know it's scripted anyway.

Basically because , most of his "career" he has been a heel. This powerful heel.
Then he let people like The Rock or Cold. To beat his ass so he puts them over

Vince did win the Royal Rumble, ECW championship, and WWE Championship. While he did get his ass kicked by DX, The Rock, Stone Cold and so many others, his career highlights isn't so bad. That being said, he is the real chairman of WWE. Vince McMahon Sr. owned it, and it went down to Vincent Kennedy McMahon for a good while now.

Vince is the real owner.

He loses, why? Because if he won against the big wrestlers people would not like the show.

I think we found a new SP member. As what everyone else said, the show is pre-determined and Vince occasionally gets involved physically.

Once I saw he gets so injured and bleed by Under Taker in a Buried Alive match so I wondered WHY although he's the CEO of the entire WWE.

Because WWE is a scripted TV show. The Vince McMahon that runs WWEs day to day operations is the real person. He then plays an enhanced version of himself on the TV show, where he most often plays the bad guy. It is the bad guys job to get beaten up by the good guys.

Vince McMahon is most defiantly the real owner of WWE, but he does have many stakeholders within his business, while he does have many stakeholders, the WWE is still his and he is the owner of the company.

Its all part of the entertainment of wrestling. I read somewhere that Vince wanted to a wrestler but his father told him that promoters did not appear on the show and should stay apart from their wrestlers.

Your answers have been given. Vince McMahon is the real life chairman of the board, but he is also a performer on the show. He plays himself. The reason he allows himself to lose so often (specifically in the past) is because he was a damn good heel (bad guy), and he knows someone beating him up would draw good money. He isn't afraid to look like a fool on television if he's making a ton of money behind the scenes. It's what makes him one of the greatest heels of all time.
