Ok as the title explains Is sting the best wrestler that Vince McMahon never could quite acquire or make a contract signing with? here is what Sting thought of Vince and his WWE When asked why he never went over there but been to everwhere else.

by Sting, on why he's never worked for WWE
"There was always something in me that thought that Vince McMahon wanted me more to undermine WCW than he wanted me as a talent. I just always believed that. I saw a lot of guys from WCW that went to WWE and that happened. Anyone who made it to a higher level within WCW and then tried to jump over - it just didn’t work. The other thing was that WCW ended up giving me what I wanted in my contract."

Sting Accomplishments:

2 NWA World Heavyweight Championships.
6 WCW World Heavyweight Championships.
2 TNA World Heavyweight Championships.
2 WCW United States Heavyweight Championships.
3 WCW World Tag Team Championships. (all 3 with different partners)
Appeared on Thunder in Paradise as a villain.

Now I know what he is talking about lets look at this history of guys that have been big stars in the WCW and when came to the WWE they had to start up from nothing the lower card and as if they were never main eventers and WCW was not important.

1~ Booker T : A five time WCW champion, was brought in during 2001 with the InVasion era and had a short push with the main event scene on his debut few months but then instantly like a flash brought down to the mid card area and even having a tag team run with goldust his first WWE title / World title reign was in 2007 and not even with the Booker T gimmick with the King Booker a gimmick made up by WWE not WCW if you get my drift.

I know there might be a few more but as I get back on topic instead of talking about Booker T and others is Sting the best wrestler alive today that Vince McMahon never got to have in his hands? thoughts and also if this was a smart move by Sting steering away from Vince McMahon for 30+ years. ?

I guess he was, but it didn't really impact Vinnie Mac since he was the last promotion standing anyway. And Sting isn't exactly helping TNA at all. I'm sure Vince isn't itching to sign Sting, the guy barely draws anymore and I'm not sure he would make as big an impact as many think.

But he definitely is the biggest star that Vince hasn't signed

Oh and, Sting's been a TNA World Tag Team Champion before

MY God, let me first start by saying that Scotty Goldman's posts are really, really bad. Try setting your ideas in a coherent way while posting, that way you could make a more intelligent post, instead of what you do of just throwing things in there.

Yeah, Sting is the biggest star to never have wrestled for Vince, but if he is serious as to why he never do it, he's full of crap. Yeah, Booker T wasn't pushed to perma-main event, but it was around the time when we already had Rock, Stone Cold, Y2J, HHH among others. Besides, he was a main eventer in the darkest days of WCW, did he really expect to main event WWE? Which he did BTW. Never in his run he went lower than midcard, and to some extent upper midcard.

Who else? Goldberg. Yeah, main event feuds with Rock, Y2J and HHH, including title win.

Scott Steiner. Treated like a huge superstar...unless he had one of the worst main eventers ever.

Seriously, none of the guys that came from WCW really deserved to be pushed over the already main eventers in WWE. A case can be made for Booker T at WM19, but by now, the WCW label was way off from him.
