We have 7 more RAW episodes until Wrestlemania and a PPV this Sunday. Is it too late for Undertaker to return and work at Wrestlemania if it were to happen? I don't remember when WWE usually starts to build up for Undertaker's match but last year it was after RR and we're past that. Also, who do you think he'll likely face?

I don't think it's too late as long as he's wrestling one of the top WWE guys at WM. If he did return, it'd be at EC or the RAW after and face CM Punk. Right now, Punk doesn't have an opponent for Wrestlemania 29 so he'd be a good choice atm. But, rumor is that he might skip this years WM.

A return at EC or the Raw after would leave plenty of time for a good fued IMO. The fued with Trips last year began to get stale towards the end.

How is it too late? Think about it like this, we know by dirtsheets and logical deduction that Undertaker is going to be facing Punk if he does compete this year at Mania, I mean who else is there for him to take on? However, no matter which way you look at it, he can't return prior to Elimination Chamber because Punk has to be embroiled in a feud with Rock. Re-match clause and such. Otherwise, you're definitely rushing the logical progression of Rock's reign, and again, who'd Rock face at Chamber if not Punk? I can throw out some fantasy idea but it just doesn't work. Even if it was an Elimination Chamber match, it only makes sense to include Punk in it, therefore he's still be heavily involved with that build. So what would Undertaker returning prior to Elimination Chamber really do? He can't really get involve with Punk during this feud, and he honestly as nothing else to do. It would just be your weekly filler with Taker.

Besides, plenty of feuds start and develop for a PPV with only three Raws (and sometimes the Smackdown too). The amount of time they have left is plenty to create an acceptable build for a Mania bout, it might even be better this way because it means there is less chance of padding duet to starting the build way too early and not having enough content to us through to Mania.

Not too late, he can find an opponent and make a great wrestlemania, but it's really difficult that it happens

He returned right after EC for the build for 27, I don't think it'd be a big problem. But I don't think he'll return.

I really don't think Taker is coming back. It would be amazing to see him come back tonight, but I really can't see it happening at all.

Not too late. If he isn't back tonight or RAW on Monday you can pretty much say then, that that would be too late.
