A former pro wrestler from Jeffersonville, Ind., is suing an Evansville-based promoter and an opponent from Louisville over a match in which he suffered a kick to the groin.

In a lawsuit filed Monday in Clark Circuit Court in Indiana, John Levi Miller accused his opponent, Clinton Woosley, known as Guido Andretti in the ring, of rupturing his right testicle last June during a match that was supposed to have a prearranged outcome.
Miller’s suit seeks a jury trial, legal fees and unspecified compensation for medical expenses related to the surgery and for medical expenses he may incur from health consequences of his injury, including erectile dysfunction, loss of testosterone, loss of sex drive and osteoporosis. His lawyer says he has no health insurance and owes more than $20,000 in medical bills.
Claims made in filing a lawsuit provide only one side of a case.

The suit accuses Coliseum Championship Wrestling and its owner, Sam Cosby, of breaching its duty to ensure that Woosley was adequately trained and understood the “movesâ€￾ to entertain the crowd and still deliver the predetermined outcome of the match.
Because of the organization’s negligence, the suit alleges, Miller suffered severe injury.
The suit said that Miller, 23, was designated in advance by Cosby to win the match and that Woosley was designated as the “heelâ€￾ or loser.
When Miller tried to “coordinate the match with Woosley as is the custom in the industryâ€￾ before the two entered the ring, Woosley didn’t react in the normal way by discussing the choreography. Instead, Woosley indicated he understood the plan and told Miller “it would be OK,â€￾ the complaint said.

But Woosley decided to try to win by kicking Miller. Miller went down and the match was called when he couldn’t proceed, according to the suit.
“Kicking someone between the legs is not a normal dance move in professional wrestling,â€￾ said Miller’s lawyer, Larry Wilder of Jeffersonville.
Wilder said that after the match, Miller’s brother drove him home while Miller tried to stem the swelling with ice packs. When the swelling continued, he went the next day to Clark Memorial Hospital, where he underwent surgery that day, Wilder said. He was hospitalized and doctors decided to remove the testicle.

Cosby said in an interview that the facts mentioned in the suit are erroneous because Miller finished the match and won it, as scripted. He said there was no indication that Miller was injured.
“The kid never complained about nothing,â€￾ Cosby said.
Miller, 23, did not return messages sent via Facebook, nor could a phone number be found for him. Neither could a phone number be found for Woosley.

The injury hasn’t stopped Miller from appearing on a reality show on the Oxygen Channel. The show’s website listed him as among those taking part in season two of “Loves Games.â€￾

i shouldnt laugh but i have to haha!
