In a God of War movie who would you want to be Kratos?

Lately I've been looking up the possibilities of a future God of War movie. Many people have been speculating who should play Kratos. From blockbuster actors to lesser known actors. I wouldn't underestimate their acting ability, but the opinion on the appearences vary.

The man who I believe is a great candidate is Djimon Hounsou. I took a pic of a YouTube vid where a guy photoshopped his face. And I said wow here is the pic...

To me he has a really strong reresemblance. Even the creator of God of War David Jaffe said he thinks Djimon should play... But due to him being of a different race it'll be very hard for him to get the role. But I have an idea on how they can do it.

If any other person should play him. I think it's Jason Mamoa. He had an epic Conan look. He has a good Kratos vibe like Djimon. But mostly Djimon is my choice.

Depends if you want him looking younger or older. I think Billy Zane would work but he'd have to get back into shape.

My top pick for Kratos would also be Jason Momoa because not only of the conan and look but for me, he's really a major screen presence and I've seen a bit Game of Thrones and Justice League of course and he does have a thing of he demands the screen in a way that I haven't seen Djimon really do, I think Djimon's a great actor and personally I think he would have been perfect as Heimdall from the Thor Movies because he was wasted in the MCU but that's going off track.

My second pick would actually be Travis Fimmel from Vikings and the movie I reviewed on here ages ago, Warcraft.

You can just see the aggression in his eyes and I feel like the God of War needs that.

There are even silly rumors of a Netflix God of War series. Truly to me that would be a total waste to see God of War on just Netflix only.Also no one wants to see his monster like boss battles with low budget props. It'll be a flat out failure if this happens

He would be perfect for Roman Mythology Kratos, but I believe that they're aiming for more of a Greek Mythology Kratos.
