- Thursday’s episode of Impact Wrestling drew a 0.89 rating leading into Sunday’s Hardcore Justice PPV. The overall rating was down one-tenth from a 1.00 rating last week and down two-tenths from a 1.09 rating two weeks ago. Impact averaged 1.21 million viewers, down 15.7% from last week’s average of 1.40 million viewers.

TNA ratings seem so random. You start to expect shitty ratings and they go up.. you start to expect decent ratings and they crash.

this must drive Bischoff nuts

These ratings became depressing, really. I don't know what the hell is going on. Yes, there's the Olympics, timeslot change, summer, DVR and all, but still depressing.

Quarter Hour Ratings for August 9th IMPACT

Q1: Impact opened with a 0.80 rating for Bully Ray's promo involving James Storm and the Aces & Eights, plus one commercial.

Q2: Impact increased to a 0.84 rating for RVD vs. Magnus, backstage segments, and one commercial.

Q3: Impact remained at a 0.84 rating for Daniels & Kaz vs. Devon & Garett Bischoff for the Tag Team Titles, one commercial, and Robbie E's promo that ended with Jeff Hardy taking a powerbomb through a table.

Q4: Impact decreased to a 0.80 rating for the first-half of Kurt Angle vs. AJ Styles and two full commercial breaks dragging down the rating.

Q5: Impact jumped to a 0.98 rating for the second-half of Angle vs. Styles, Mr. Anderson and James Storm backstage, one commercial, and a backstage segment with Austin Aries.

Q6: Impact remained at a 0.98 rating for Miss Tessmacher vs. Gail Kim, Joseph Park backstage, a video package on Kenny King, and one commercial.

Q7: Impact increased to a show-high 1.01 rating for the Bobby Roode and Austin Aries contract signing moderated by Sting, plus one commercial.

Q8: Impact decreased to a 0.96 rating for the Bully Ray vs. James Storm main event, one commercial, and another video from the Aces & Eights to close the show.

^boss. Honestly get the aj feud to end, and reveal aces and 8s. Start a real movement for fed-x and finish bfg so it doesnt look like you gave 20 points to the two people who needed points or lost tv time.
