IMPACT contract set to expire soon

An IMPACT contract is set to expire in just a couple of weeks.

Mia Yim has been with IMPACT Wrestling since the spring of 2022, working almost exclusively with the promotion since then outside of a couple of indie bookings. When she'd signed, Fightful was told that it was a short-term deal, carrying her into October. We've learned some more specific details on that.

We're told that the contract expiration is on October 9, which would make Mia Yim a free agent from that point. That runs through IMPACT's Bound For Glory pay-per-view. We haven't heard if any talks have continued, but have confirmed that currently the deal is set to expire.

In addition, we've learned that Maria Kanellis, Mike Bennett and Matt Taven's deals are currently set to expire soon.

I assumed that was only temporary anyway before they have their fall but I've been expecting the stable to die for awhile now and keep being wrong lmao

Bennet/Taven I could see re-signing with no roh in sight and Im not sure aew has room for either and i doubt wwe takes bennet back

Maria I have no idea as she seems poised to want to run a women's division but who knows if that will ever manifest itself outside her own promotion

Yeah me too but usually there's still not NWA or MLW crossover bc I don't think they see themselves as indies and more like equals lol they did pull out of the Crockett cup show bc of impact tapings I remember (or at least it was obvious to me even if this was never confirmed)
