IFL: Rules and Sign Up (REPOST)

Now i asked for my first to be deleted since i had many issues with the way i posted the original.

CONCEPT: This is an IWT but with Football, no real teams are allowed. The concept is you make your own team and battle it out in games, there will be a IFL Bowl with the 2 bracket leaders in a game, the winner will then go on and when the Super bowl roles around again, the winner makes a prediction, if the prediction is right they win, the IFL Bowl doesn't have to be during football season, i'm not sure exactly how you win, my idea is you present a "play" or strategy of how you can use your players, then voting will happen on who's play was better. Weather and other things will factor in on how your play will work. But if you think another way feel free to tell me, via PM or below.

IFL RULES: Please comply to the forum rules, and there's a few of my own, #1 Voting for yourself will get you banned from the season, instead of being called suspension it will be called "Illegal Drug Use or Steroid Usage* #2 Swaying others votes will cost you to be banned from the season, and earn you a suspension for the next season to, this will be called, "Fraud" #3 Complaining about out comes or about politics will cost you your place in the bracket. #4 NO REAL PLAYERS OR TEAMS.

BRACKET RULES: The bracket is 2 loss elimination, if you lose 2 games, you can still play but they might not mean anything. If a team does very well and they lose 2 games they have a chance to come back into the bracket with a immunity game. If theres an uneven amount of people i'll join to make it even

Wouldn't this just make whoever's going second have the ability to just completely counter the first one? Unlike IWT, where the posts aren't "statistical", here they are based off of positions and stats and the like. Not sure if it would work in complete fairness, unless both plays were posted at the same time, which I could still see issues in. Just sayin.

Ah, guess that could make things easier, just hope that it doesn't come down to where it's a battle of plays that just completely outdo another play if it does come to fruition, because it'd just be neverendingly going back and forth.

At the end of games i'll post all the plays and their counters, i'll post the flaws because i said weather and wind plays factor, every time a problem with wind or other factors runs it, they lose 1 vote, but rather just not count. At least i think that's a better way to stop the never ending counter thing...

No, I'll chose who goes first, the person who goes first is offense, and the team your facing counters, and when you counter again you'll be defense. I'll post the order.

1st Play: Offense (1st Team)
2nd Play: Defense (2nd Team)
3rd Play: Defense (1st Team)
4th Play: Offense (2nd Team)
5th Play: Offense or Defense (1st Teams choice)

It will be a revolving to keep things fair, the votes will be counted as points.

Some times it can be free choice. When we get another player i'll make a game as an example.
