Who would make up your roster and who would be your booker?

For booker I'd pick Gabe Sapolsky, books really well and knows wrestling incredibly well as has been seen with ROH, DGUSA and Evolve over the years. He just needs a partner to do the promoting side for him, getting the product marketed.

As for roster I'm going to try and stick to talent not signed by WWE or TNA.

Main Event Scene:
Kevin Steen
Adam Cole
Low Ki (under strict control so he doesn't become the mini Richards he has become)
Shingo Takagi
Johnny Gargano
Akira Tozawa

Upper mid card/Secondary title:
Chuck Taylor
Ricochet
Willie Mack
Rich Swann
Rhett Titus
Charlie "the Haashole" Haas
Sami Callihan
Alex Shelley
BXB Hulk

Tag teams:
Super Smash Brothers
Young Bucks
Unbreakable Fucking Machines (Michael Elgin and Brian Cage) to play the tag team monster role)
Forever Hooligans (Rocky Romero and Alex Kozlov)
Dojo Bros (Eddie Edwards and Roderick Strong)
D.U.F (Dirty ugly fucks, Arik Canon and Pinkie "the sexual Spidermonkey" Sanchez)

Mid card/personal feuds:
Samuray del Sol
AR Fox
Masada
Papadon
Tony Neese
Eita
Jigsaw
Archibald Peck/Mixed Martial Archie

Special Appearances:
Super Dragon
Cima

Commentary:
Excaliber (color)
Lenny Leonard (PBP)

Special rules:
Davey Richards is not allowed near the company.
Low Ki is not allowed to become mini Richards.
Focus on combining story with the best possible pro wrestling on the planet.

What would your roster be?

Cole is listed twice Dawg

Anyway I'd go for three divisions, Heavyweight, JR heavyweight and Tags.

Heavyweight divisions

Tanahashi
Okada
Steen
Gargano
Tozawa
Machine Gun Anderson
Suzuki

Jr
Devitt
Davey Richards - He'd always be a smug fuck heel tho
Jigsaw
BxB Hulk
Machine Gun in here too, he'd jump up and down
AR Fox
Sami Callahin
Low Ki
Kenta

Tag teams
Young Bucks
Timesplitters
No Remorse Corps
Unbreakable Fucking Machines
Super Smash Bros
Briscoes
F.I.S.T
Swann and Richotecht

Special Appearances
Super Dragon
Kobiashi

Booking would be .... damn I wanna say Heyman but you won't let me have that so I'll say Gabe.

My niche would be great tag team wrestling, I'd want that to steal the show every night. I'd go the PWG route and not really care about stories, I just want that holyshit promotion.

Since its my fed I would book it. Since its an Indy fed I'd only have a world title and a set of tag titles.

Singles:
Steen
Del Sol
Gargano
Cole
Calihan
Haas
Richards
Ricochet
Hart-Smith
MVP
Cabana
Rhino

Teams:
Bucks
SSB
Briscoes
MCMG (I'd get Sabin to come too)
Grizzly Redwood/Jamie Noble (just because)
reDRagon

Niche would be technical wrestling.

Agreed, when he's a heel he's pretty good though IMHO. Shouldn't have held the ROH title though, he's an uppermidcard kid fo lyf.

Yup. Upper midcard for life. Both his way to work (Stiff shots and no selling even the smallest move) and his ego problems hinder him in my opinion. How Edwards who seems so chill can be one of his best friends is something I find odd. Apparently we won't be seeing Davey in NJPW again either.

I don't get the Low Ki/Mini Richards reference.

Low Ki has in short turned into a douche. He no sells all his opponents offence, works stiff and doesn't job or put people over. Now adays if you have seen a Low Ki match you have seen them all, just in different lengths.

He's always been a stiff lil fucker though, plus he never sold too well to begin with.
