I would use the T-1000 as an assassination servant.
I would use the T-800 as a personal bidding servant.

I would use the T-X as a rampage servant.

I wouldn't use any as a bodyguard because it's not like I'm the president. Anyone who could be deducted as a threat probably wouldn't snipe me from a roof top.
