As announced on Smackdown, Johnny said that if John Cena lays a hand on him and John Cena loses to Big Show meaning Johnny will keep his job, he would be fired.

John Cena did the opposite and knocked out Johnny. The match is more important because either way, one person will be fired. Whether that is Big Johnny or John Cena.

Because everyone actually thinks Cena's job might be in jeopardy lol... If he loses, he'll be rehired within a week just like back in 2010. Stipulations are so meaningless.
