So its on the preshow at WM. Barrett got seemingly no reaction on RAW. Is this title now officially dead? Think a title revamp is in order after WM personally as follows.

WWE
WHC
US
Cruiserweight

That works for me no brand split one main title a lower title in the WHC maybe rebrand it to a number one contender belt? Then the US title since we are set in the USA then a lightweight belt.

They should just both finger-poke of doom themselves and flop like seals on the ground for 5 minutes, waiting for the other to pin them.

Winning a mid-card belt in WWE has become a bad thing.
