Imagine Bill Goldberg never existed in WCW. Imagine Goldberg only came along with WWE today (since Ryback is similar in some people's minds, say he existed instead of Ryback) and imagine Goldberg became as hot in WWE in 2012 as Goldberg did by 1998. Do you think it would be realistic that they might, hypothetically, put Goldberg over the Undertaker in a Streak vs Streak match at Wrestlemania?

I was thinking of this while thinking of some potentially dream matches, and I was imagining that if Goldberg had existed in WWE instead of WCW, and had at a time (like now) where Undertaker's streak was as large as it is now, that Goldberg/Undertaker would be a great match and whether they would actually put Goldberg over him. Obviously, a Wrestlemania match between them (with both streaks on the line) would have money written all over it.

It's a huge possibility. Goldberg would be 33 in '98. In his prime, he would go over Taker's streak.

Although it would be unnessesary. WWE already gave Goldberg some of the biggest pushes, making him seem indistructible and what not. There's such a thing as "too much pushing."

But yeah, something like that would have made goldberg a god in wwe today.

It would be great to see Goldberg break the dead corpse in half.... literally

I'd pay to see that one
