Hugh Hefner's Son Makes Plea Deal in Playboy Playmate Assault Case
Marston Hefner seems to have a lot to learn. Perhaps now, he'll learn some of it.
The elder of Hugh Hefner's two sons with ex-wife Kimberley Conrad pleaded no contest Tuesday to misdemeanor corporal injury to a cohabitant or spouse for allegedly punching and kicking his then live-in Playboy Playmate girlfriend, Claire Sinclair.
In exchange for cutting the deal, one count of vandalism for damage done to Sinclair's laptop was dropped.
So, what is Marston's punishment?
The 21-year-old has been sentenced to a 52-week domestic violence program and was ordered to stay away from Sinclair for three years, according to assistant prosecutor Chris Blankenhorn of the Pasadena City Attorney's Office.
Sinclair, Playmate of the Year in 2011, previously told E! News that she was reluctant to file charges against her now ex-boyfriend, but that he needed help.
"I want him to admit that he did hit me more than once," she said. Sinclair later described her version of what went down to us, saying that they got into an argument "about something really silly and it kind of escalated and it became violent."
Marston's official sentencing is scheduled for June 12.
