How would Cena turn heel?

I have a hard time grasping the theory that Cena will turn heel at WM. His attitude is almost 'non heel turnable'. I'm not so sure how it would pan out. In order to be a real heel, you kind of have to hate the fans. Cena time and time again says that nothing would make him hate the fans and so-on.

So, tell me how you would imagine the Cena heel turn in your eyes.

I think it would be fun if he essentially became The Rock. Make him a huge hypocrite, promos via satellite and everything. His main thing is he's the hardest worker they have, so why not swing that on it's head? Give him the backing of Johnny Ace as their biggest star, he protects him at any cost. Make John the ultimate hollywood whiny bitch.

I don't expect Cena to spray paint it on, but I expect something along the lines of Ted DiBiase when he was active

My ideas was The Rock beats Cena, Rock taunts and stuff, then leaves the ring. Cena stands up, staggering, then he grabs his chain, pulls it out, rips his Rise Above Hate shirt and walk out fuming. Have him tween for a bit, then go full blown heel.

I say the next night after John Cena/Rock wins at Mania, They have one last segment and when they shake hands that monday night then make Cena turn heel.

I'd mark like a little school girl. Imagine the boo's he'd receive when he picks up that mic, they'd last for minutes. They finally shut up then he does the middle finger (if not allowed, the you can't see me) and leave. GOD I'd love it. Not sure if that'd turn him heel in all cities though so he'd need a follow up on RAW.
