How will Kaz come back?

After watching Karen's angle (pun intended lol) I think its safe to say that Kaz' release was kayfabed. The question is, how long do you think Kaz is going to be out for? And more importantly, when will the K-A-Z be back? The good thing about this is Kaz gets to rest, he does have a legit arm injury so at least he'll be 100% when he returns, I just don't know how long he'll be gone. If I were to guess, I would say that he's going to be gone until Bound For Glory, where he can make his epic return and challenge Petey (who will retain at Hard Justice) for the X-Division Title and beat him to become the new champion. That could be a great way to bring back Kaz, and also elevate the X title which has been virtually non existent.

So what do you guys think? How and when will Kaz come back?
