WrestleMania How will Cena make his appearance?

He has been cleared as of yesterday I believer so I am assuming he will be at WrestleMania in some fashion. Even if he didn't get cleared I assumed he would be there.

BUT now that he has been cleared, how do you think he will make his appearance? Will he interrupt a match and get active right away? Will he turn heel? Will he just be back stage in some skit?
