how to turn off this email notification?

i receiving this email:
"Last week's most popular topics. (from WWE Forums - Wrestling Discussion & News)", i want to stop receiving this email, what should i do?

If I'm not mistaken, I think you should click on 'Preferences' and if you have this option 'and receive email notifications of replies' checked, uncheck it.

Or, you could go to 'Privacy' and uncheck this option 'Receive site mailings'

Please anybody help me, i Receiving email from wweforums.net regarding "Last week's most popular topics." at end of the every week.
so i want to stop it, so how could i?

otherwise at least provide me admin's email id, so i will mail this question to him.
