Title says it all. This awkward Ryback/Jericho feud is clearly designed to give Ryback a PPV win, but with Jericho being glorified big-name enhancement talent how much will this help Ryback?

Well, not much, but at least he'll go over a relatively big name. He needs to look strong, so the win will help him but beating Jericho in itself not much (if it makes sense).

Should help him a bit considering it would end his terrible PPV winless run.

At least he'll be getting a PPV win. But I don't really see him picking up any momentum from this, even if they let Ryback kayfabe injure him (since Jericho is leaving again after MITB.) One victory won't help him really, especially over the man most everyone beats nowadays.

It'll make his record go from disastrous to awful, that's it. Going over Jericho means nothing now unless he has periods of strong booking. He is one of the greats but not even Jericho can make himself look like a threat when he is booked to lose every single feud he goes into. He is no longer "putting anyone over".

Absolutely nothing. Just another chapter in the book of awful booking for Ryback. Not only is Jericho a glorified PPV jobber, but the lackluster build will keep anyone from being invested in the match at all. Better than nothing for them trying to bounce Ryback back, but it's not going to add to his lack of credibility in any way shape or form.

Nothing, just hold him up at the same position he is at now. He won't lose any momentum, but he also won't gain any.

Maybe WWE makes him lose against Jericho. Jericho needs a push too and who's better than Ryback, the guy who lost twice against Cena. I think this will be used to push Jericho, not to push Ryback tbh.
