I guess this question may be addressed to a select few, but how can you pay attention to so many organizations? Or is it mostly just reading the results? I've recently got into ROH, and i try to keep with other indys but its tough. From what i've seen, PWG looks to be very good, and i've been trying to keep up with them. Chikara also looks fun. But then theres so many others, CZW, Houston Pro Wrestling, Ohio Valley Wrestling, FIP, Memphis, Naoh, Dragon Gate, NWA and more.

So do ya'll keep up with it?

Podcasts/matches online/news articles. Chikara has a pretty cool podcast hosted by Mike Quakenbush and another wrestler usually, that usually features parts of two matches and interviews/news. Its a lot like the ROH videowire.

They're on youtube. I closely follow ROH, Chikara Pro, and PWG. I would say I follow PWG more than the others due to it being a local promotion in Los Angeles. I'm actually able to attend shows live, which is cool. I'm lucky to have a very fast internet connection that allows me to download full shows, which are usually torrents. I have lots of Dragon Gate and All Japan shows, but I don't follow them Consistently for obvious reasons. Honestly, without the internet, I wouldn't be able to keep up with any of these promotions besides PWG.

i also dl alot of ROH and chikara on torrents (when i can't afford the actual dvds). i guess mininova might have some, but there's a really good private tracker out there too. i don't have any invites though, so can't help anyone out.

for ROH buy the DVD's and watch the videowires

for OVW, you can go to pwtoreents, and there is a dude on there who uploads all the new epsoides a couple of days after they air...

edit: bad news though im all out of invites for pwtorents but they should let new members join in a couple weeks/months..

and actually some of the sites have the shows for you to download, like New England Championship wrestling

Without torrents, I probably would've stopped watching wrestling a while ago. No disrespect to WWE or TNA, but they don't really interest me anymore.

Can someone also give me a complete low down on torrents. My buddy showed me pwtorrents about a year ago, but it seemed different to me. Like how you have to upload wrestling, and you can't just leach. For the most part, the media section on here is much easier. Also what is a torrent, like is it hte file? Is it really worth the hassel?
