How do i make a GIF Animation

Can someone tell me how to make a GIF animation like this one here ?

use a video converter program, change the format from (mpeg, avi, wmv or whatever format) to GIF format.

i downloaded DivX Converter but can that make them GIF?

try total video converter. im not sure about the Mac OS thingy though.

You need STOIK video converter and Adobe Imageready. also firefox and a video downloader add on. should look like the bottom right of my screen: above the time:

and you need Windows Movie Maker, i cannot remember the process of making them, i made them a long time ago... so don't ask
