For the last 10 years ever since the WWE became PG, the show hasn't changed much since then. Yeah they have guys leaving for years and then coming back like The Hardy Boyz, The Dudley Boyz, Brock Lesnar, Goldberg, Bret Hart, Kurt Angle and even The Rock. Guys from the Indies or other promotions working for WWE like AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura, Kevin Owens (formerly Kevin Steen) Bayley (formerly Davina Rose) Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson) and Finn Balor (who was Prince Devitt before NXT) and Asuka etc. But other than old guys returning and new guys coming in, the overall tone of the product is very much the same as it was in the late 00's - early 2010's. It's not like it was from 1998 to 2002 when everybody was into wrestling and even after that during the Ruthless Aggression Era from 02 to 08, they were still pushing the envelope but not as much as they were a decade before that, even the WrestleMania pay per views after The Attitude Era were much better than the ones during it not so much now, other than the debut of Ronda Rousey this year.

I don't necessarily agree. WWE's process of finding talent has been through a lot of changes. For example, not too long ago they would have never pushed anyone that wasn't a pure WWE creation. I mean, they're obviously still more keen on it looking at both Charlotte and Roman Reigns, but if you would have told me even less than 5 years ago that someone like AJ Styles would be a dominant world champion walking into a WrestleMania against Royal Rumble winner Shinsuke Nakamura, I would have laughed at you. But it happened. Just like I would have laughed at you if you would have told me about a 30 women Royal Rumble match main eventing the Rumble event itself as a part of their continuous effort to let the women shine and take the spotlight. Or even something smaller like NXT being a legit alternative to the main roster product despite still being the company's own developmental program.

Something also worth mentioning on the business side of things, is the WWE Network killing the PPV format, with other wrestling companies also going down the same path of streaming services ever since the E's network was proven to be a success.
Things change all the time, sometimes it's just hard to take a step back and take it all in for once

I tend to agree, and it's probably because the current format seems to be working for them.. Some fans have issues with it, but they're making a lot of money and nobody is forcing them to change. A lot probably has to do with laziness as well..

They don't need to. They must be doing something right when even people who hate the current product continue to watch religiously.

Because they are lazy pricks who have no real reason to try anymore.

Like mentioned above, the main group of fans are fine with what they are doing. They pay for merch, pay for shows, and show support.
People that watch from home or talk about WWE online hardly ever get listened to. If everyone is truly fed up, stop watching and let the viewership go down.

I basically have given up with their crap. I will stick to watching my 2 PPVs a year. I'm not going to invest 5 hours of my life a week in something that doesn't entertain me.

My only complaint is 3 hour Raw and add the cruiserweights to NXT get rid of 205
