How are you with money?

I don't like spending money, not on me anyway anything over $60 causes a mild panic attack. I'm unemployed still but I've saved quite a bit of money however due to my shitty mid- 2017 I've had to dip into those savings, needless to say I'm in Mr. Krabs mode. I'd like to go back to being 6 yrs old when $100 was a lot of money and $1000 unimaginable.

I tend to only spend money when I need something (food, cat stuff, house things, ect). Anything that is over $50 that I want, I debate on it for days or sometimes weeks. The last "big" purchase I made was the $220 I spent on my Galaxy s6. Before that, I spent around $250 on PC upgrades. I do really enjoy shopping but I limit myself to cheap things. I like to always have a good chunk of "in case" money as well. I am going to need a new laptop here soon and while I do have the money to just get one right now, I am sitting on it for a bit because I want to make sure I don't need anything else first.
