What reviews are you reading exactly? Because your opinions on a film aren't always going to align with what a reviewer says.

I've figured that out before when I used to put so much stock in to a reviewer, and ended up enjoying the movie later on.

It's sitting at 7.1 on IMDB right now with 61% on RT and 60% on Metacritic. That doesn't sound too bad, but I've not delved deep.

I just saw the movie. I definitely liked it but I can see why some people wouldn’t. The acting alone is worth the price of admission. Everyone is just perfect in their roles. Lady Gaga is a tour de force. Adam Driver is the straight man with a dark side. Jared Leto is fucking hilarious in his unrecognizable role. Al Pacino and Jeremy Irons are their typical powerful selves. The movie tells a really interesting story and sometimes it’s actually fucking hilarious. The problem is that it is unfocused at parts and drags a little. However just because the movie was a little too long that’s not enough reason to not recommend it. There’s way more good than bad here and I’d recommend it.

Just because critics feel a certain way shouldn’t influence anyone’s personal opinion.

Finally got this Movie in and finished it this Sunday Morning and I really enjoyed it. Lady Gaga is amazing in this and you feel for her especially when Maurizio Gucci threw her aside like a dirty Rag but her hands are not clean either if you've this Film. This is what happens when you have a successful family business and egos get in the way it can destroy everything. No doubt I expect nominations for everyone especially Gaga and boy Paolo he was the ugly Duckling of the Gucci family and he died in poverty in 95 and all his life he had people step over him and tell him you're nothing in this World if only he had been born in a better family.
