Wrestling-Radio.com has learned that last night's edition of TNA iMPACT! drew only a 0.6 cable rating. This is the lowest number that the company has drawn in five years.

Looks like the bottom has fallen out. So, what's the excuses now from the TNA apologists? It's not the Shawn Micheals farewell, Raw had a 3.7, which is basically what they had last week. Fanboys need to face facts, tt's just an awful show and people are realizing this and turing away in droves. The product is booked by people ten years behind the times with names that lost value ten years ago, or names that were names under the WWE banner. Either way this is nothing more than the most epic of failures from a company that is synonymous with failure.

There isn't anything they can do to save themselves short of moving back to Thursday. They need to admit they got fucked in the ass by the E to the point jizms were coming out their mouths. Dixie needs to take her flea circus back to Thursday before they book themselves out of business.

Well, they moved it next week to one hour before Raw, at least.

LMAO!

This was definately because of HBK's farewell.

I hope this has angered Hogan. I just loved when he pointed to that 'Vince Who?' sign on Jan. 4th like a prick. MOAR LIKE HOGAN WHO, AMIRITE??

If RAW wasnt on the air TNA will still lose to RAW LOL . But anyways If TNA does move to 8:00 PM permanently. RAW will still get the better raitings.

:smh You people honestly believe TNA would beat Raw in just one month? They were just getting 1.4 on Thursdays. Now they're going up against Raw. Of course their ratings are going to drop. And aren't the Raw's after Mania always pretty big? Add in the fact that it was HBK's last night, sure TNA was going to beat them.

I don't think many (if anyone) thought they would beat RAW, but we did think they'd atleast be able to hold the around 1.0 rating.

^Exactly.

Little sister is 4 yrs old
Mom: She's only 4 she doesn't know any better

Little sister is 5
Mom: She's only 5 she doesn't know any better

Little sister 6
Mom: She's only 6 she doesn't know any better

.....and so on....

People who keep making these excuses for TNA are hilarious. If TNA booking wasn't over the top outrageous and if the product was actually solid, then they would at LEAST be able to keep their 1.0 audience. This basically means that TNA is losing the fans they started out with.

Everyone knows TNA won't beat RAW, but they aren't even putting up a fight.

It's not something that's going to happen in the course of a month though. It's going to take time. Months, years even. How long did it take WWF to beat WCW? WWE has better resources. More money. They can do more. More people are going to watch them. If I made a Titanic movie myself and had it come out the same time the real one did, which do you think would get more views/buys? If I had a local basktet ball team and we had a game that was going to air on tv the same time an NBA game was, who's going to get more views?

They are in a competition. In a competition, when you lose, you don't just give up. You adapt, get better. Impact's losing in the ratings. They were losing even without competiton. They'll adapt, get better, and eventually catch up. When Nitro was beating Raw, what Raw they do? They adapted, got better, and beat them. Who's to say that the same can't happen here. Not the beat them part cause I don't see that happening. Not now anyway.

Also adding in the fact that people are going to watch Raw reguardless of whether it's shitty or not. Just like people are going to watch Impact whether it's shitty or not. People watch games whether it's shitty or not. They watch tv shows whether it's shitty or not. Same goes for wrestling.

I said they'd be lucky to start with a 1.0, then would drop from there. This just goes to show how stupid of a move it was to change to Monday nights. All this move was ever going to lead to was ridicule, because the ratings were never going to be good.

TNA is going the opposite way. Instead of making the product nicer with proper, neat booking, they just plie more HoFers on the show. Give Hogan MORE TV time as well as the other old fucks no on cares about. They aren't even going in the right direction. My point is that TNA couldn't even keep it's fans they started out with.

Because they think that's the way to go. Like I said, if something doesn't work, adapt and change. It's not going to happen with everything (they still have fucking Bubba on my tv) but with most things, like hiring the old guys, if they see it wont work, they'll change.... maybe.

You do realise the only reason the ratings sucked is because everyone wanted to see how the HBK farewell speech was going to be done
