The NBC affiliate in Tampa, FL is reporting that Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea was injured when a car he was driving "careened out of control and struck a palm tree in the median of the four lane highway" in Clearwater, FL. He was traveling at a high rate of speed.

The story reported that his car was destroyed on impact and that the fire department was called in to remove the boys/men from the car. He and a passenger were airlifted to the Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg.
