Near Fight Breaks Out w/ Hulk Hogan Today At CourtBy Ryan Clark | March 12, 2009sr_adspace_id = 7048507;sr_adspace_width = 300;sr_adspace_height = 250;sr_ad_new_window = true;sr_adspace_type = "graphic";

The Tampa Tribune has an article up about Hulk Hogan and Linda have agreed to dates for their divorce proceedings. The trial is now set for 10/5-10/21. Here is the article:

Judge George Greer is giving Hulk Hogan $225,000 a month for the next three months. The hearing was over, the drama wasn't.

With TV cameras rolling, Hulk got into a shouting match and ultimately squared off with Linda Bollea's lawyer, Ray Rafool.

"Are you gonna wrestle me?" the lawyer asked Hogan. Rafool weighs 205 pounds. Hogan goes about 300.

They separated on their own, but a second bailiff came into the court to demand decorum.
Update: Hulk Hogan is on the stand talking about his expenses. He came to the stand slowly on his crutches and told the court he has been unable to get work recently. Hulk had back surgery last month.

Ray Rafool, Linda Bollea's attorney, said he's seen no proof of Hulk's injury. He asked to speak to Hulk's doctor and was denied.

Rafool said that Hulk's earning potential has nothing to do with his physical ability and everything to do with his celebrity, which is unaffected by his recent back surgery.

Rafool said he hopes Hulk "tells the truth and he gets out there and works."

(Before the hearing, Hulk gave an autographed picture of himself to Rafool for Rafool's son.)
At a hearing today, lawyers for Hulk Hogan and his wife, Linda Bollea, agreed on a trial date for their divorce.

The trial was set for Oct. 5 through 23.

The lawyers are already arguing, though, about how much money should be freed up from the parties' frozen accounts.

Hulk Hogan has asked for $300,000 per month to pay expenses.
Linda Bollea's lawyer says that Hulk's spending needs to be restricted to $40,000 per month. Note from Ryan Clark: TMZ.com has a video of the shouting match between Hogan and his lawyers vs. Linda's lawyers. The video is is definitely worth checking out. Unbelievable.
