High hopes for WWE executives in TNA

There's a feeling within TNA that former WWE Executive John "Big" Gaburick joining the company will be the beginning of some positive changes internally.
Former WWE Executive Rafael Morffi has been getting praise for going above and beyond his duties with helping on the media side of things.
Dave Lagana and Matt Conway have also been getting praise for their creative work from several TNA talents.
Jason Hervey has been given credit for the backstage interviewer role he has portrayed and his work producing the "reality" style interviews that we've seen on TNA TV.
